Pricing and Payment

The price charged and the one you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order. If however, we discover an error in the price of goods ordered, we will write to you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the new price or cancelling your order.

Ordering Online

Payment in full is due at the time of placing your order. Online orders must be paid for by credit/debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo, and JCB. via PayPal,. All payments will be made in pounds sterling, all goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Payment Security

All card payments on our site are made on a secure payment page. This means your credit card information is encrypted, no credit card information is stored or kept by us we in fact have no access to your card details.

Please note that colours may vary with material they are only meant as guidance we will not be held responsible for colour variations

Delivery

​

Delivery applies to UK Mainland addresses only. We aim to make deliveries within 5 days but please allow up to 10 days.  All delivery dates provided are estimates and we shall not be liable to make good any damage or loss of whatever nature arising directly or indirectly from delay in delivery. Once goods are delivered to your designated address they become your sole responsibility and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage to goods thereafter.

Important: Gold & Silver Delivery upgrades will not be available during any bank holidays or our summer shutdown nor during the Christmas and New Year Shutdowns, but priority will be given to any customer order that has upgraded to these options, on a first come first served basis, and we will give these orders priority manufacture and shipping on our return. Look on the website for posted opening and closing dates relevant to the period in question.

Cleaning

​

Cleaning instructions are provided on our website and we shall not in any event be liable for any damage caused indirectly or directly by our goods by incorrect cleaning procedures.

 

Returns & Refunds 

 

Please be aware personalised beds (Beds with your pet's name on them) cannot be cancelled once paid for and they cannot be returned unless faulty as they cannot be resold, and if they are faulty they must still be returned within the 3 month warranty period. Please also be aware personalised dog beds cannot be cancelled once we have put the dog's name on the bed and shipped the bed/s, and we will not refund, once you have paid you have agreed to these specific terms and conditions.

Any covers ordered on their own are not refundable and non returnable, as they are not a complete bed.

 

Please Note: There will be a 20% charge on returns (not faulty items) to cover our shipping costs for anyone who is returning because they have ordered the wrong colour or size.

 

As all our beds are hand made there could be a variation in the size quoted on the site of up to 10%
This is due to how each machinist works to sew the fabric together Some take a larger seam than others
Therefore please take this into account when ordering it is better for your pet to be completely comfortable in their new bed than cramped up.
